Office Coordinator
As Office Coordinator, I get to help our patients achieve a beautiful smile and make a positive impact on their lives. I love seeing the difference from the beginning of treatment to the end, when the braces come off and a beautiful smile is revealed. I love the atmosphere at Dean Orthodontics, and genuinely enjoy coming to work!
Out of the office you can find me with my husband, and our three sons. We enjoy spending time on the lake, watching football and baseball, and during the winter months wrestling season keeps us busy!

Patient Coordinator
As a patient coordinator, I am able to participate in treatment from beginning to end. I enjoy getting to know all of our patients and their families, and I love being part of a team that cares about the well-being of each patient!
When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my husband and our children. You can find us outside! We love soccer, baseball, and hiking.

Treatment Coordinator
I really enjoy getting to know our patients and being part of the team that helps improve each person’s smile and self-esteem. It’s rewarding to know that what I do has a long-term, positive impact on people’s lives. I recently moved from chairside to patient coordinator. I enjoy greeting patients when they come for their appointments!
I live in a house full of boys: my husband Chris and our three sons, Cohen, Greyson, and Weston! We enjoy baseball, camping, hiking, and Ohio State football.

Treatment Coordinator
I really enjoy the confidence the before-and-after treatment gives our patients. They say, “Love what you do," and I LOVE/LIVE dental!
Outside the office, you can find me spending time with my friends and family—my three boys, Matthew, Michael, and Marshall. We love to travel “home” to Colorado to visit and cook new recipes.

Financial Coordinator
As financial coordinator, I am here to assist patients and their families in maximizing benefits and decreasing out-of-pocket expenses so that a beautiful smile fits into their budget. The relationships I have with our team, our patients, and their families mean so much to me. I am proud to be a part of such a wonderful orthodontic family!
When I'm not working, I love spending time with my husband, family, and friends. Traveling, watching movies, eating pizza, and vacationing at Walt Disney World are a few of my favorites, along with anything turquoise.

Insurance Coordinator
I worked as a pediatric nurse for over 16 years and was ready for a change, I am also ready to meet and get to know so many new people! I enjoy being able to help people and love seeing all of the beautiful smiles in the office! I am so thankful for the opportunity to join such a caring and fun team.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Jason, and our two kids, Brock and Bristyl. We love spending time with our family, being outdoors, and riding 4-wheelers on the family farm!

Marketing Coordinator
It’s so much fun watching the overall change in patients' confidence and appearance from the care they receive in our office. As marketing coordinator, it’s my pleasure to spread the word about how caring, generous, and knowledgeable our doctors and the entire staff at Dean Orthodontics are. As a mother of two daughters (who have had treatment), I highly recommend Dr. Dean and Dr. Alford and our team for all your orthodontic needs.
Along with my husband and two busy daughters, I have a high-energy labradoodle, two cats, and a bird! I enjoy traveling, art, cooking, birdwatching, spending time with family, and Ohio State sports! O-H!

Orthodontic Assistant
I enjoy seeing how the patients' confidence grows from the beginning of treatment to the end when the braces come off. I enjoy working alongside Dr. Dean and getting to know the patients as they go through treatment.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love doing all things girly, like shopping, painting my nails, and doing makeup with my mom (aka my best friend).
JOANNA
Orthodontic Assistant
Here at Dean Orthodontics, I work alongside Dr. Dean and Dr. Alford to help create beautiful smiles. I enjoy interacting with our patients and getting to know them and their families. You can find me working in our lab, fabricating patient appliances and retainers.
Out of the office, you will find me working on my family’s farm and traveling to jackpot shows with cattle. In my free time, I enjoy playing cards with my family, going out with my friends, and hanging out with my boyfriend, Caleb. Fun fact: Honey is one of my cows, a big fur baby that LOVES cuddles, scratches, and all my leftovers!

I enjoy getting to work with the amazing assistants and doctors. It’s amazing to see the patients' progress through treatment and to see their confidence grow!

I love being able to help the magic happen by assisting our wonderful doctors! My absolute favorite part is watching our patients' smiles and the confidence they have throughout treatment. I also enjoy talking and getting to know our patients and their families.
